The domain of Tervuren domain has been traditionally managed by a senior officer of the national forest and wildlife administration, an appointed position with the title of regisseur. The regisseur or domain manager is assisted by a small team of two foresters, and together they act as curators for the arboretum. Four additional workers are also employed on the domain.
